  • Basics

These events include a Sprint; 750m Swim, 20km Bike, and 5km run/push, and Super Sprint; 400m Swim, 10km Bike, and 2.5km run/push. We also include a Duathlon and are planning an Aquathlon which are great opportunities to dip your toe into the sport.

  • Access
  • The Paratriathlon Super Series is catered towards individuals of all abilities, with courses created for access and with helpers on hand to support athletes transitioning from one discipline to the next Safety marshals and lifeguards are also always on hand to support alongside the event staff themselves. We only ask that participants are competent swimming the distance they have selected for safety.

  • Taking Part
  • Triathlon is a welcoming community of like-minded individuals looking to challenge themselves, feel the thrill of racing others, and ultimately cross the finish line having achieved something they have worked hard. For anyone looking to try the sport, sport, we always suggest they speak to their local triathlon club first and go along to a session where they can.

  • If it is your first time participating, the GO TRI events are fantastic, low cost, easy entry and many are disability friendly.

If you are looking to progress and compete at an elite level, British Triathlon has a Talent Identification programme, which has already achieved significant success.
