MONDAY
Relaxing seated Yoga,
mobility & meditation

Join personal trainer Ben Clark on a guided relaxing journey through gentle movements all from a seated position. Incorporating disciplines from across the mindfulness spectrum. This session is surely one to help you de-stress.
Paracise with Liv
Time (UK) 19:00 – 19:45
Paracise is a low-impact exercise class with plenty of energy and fun. Presented to our members by personal trainer Liv Chapman. The main focus is on improving functioning mobility in long term conditions and physical impairments.
Tai Chi – Return to nature

Join Phil, from the award-winning Discover Tai Chi, for a deep dive into the fascinating embodied movements of Five Animals Play Daoyin Yoga. You can follow along seated or standing, Phil will guide you to take time to slow down and create some breathing space for yourself.
WEDNESDAY
Zumba

Kaaren Admiraal is a qualified personal trainer and Zumba Instructor who has choreographed and adapted a weekly live and pre-recorded Zumba class for you to join without feeling self-conscious busting those disco moves with like-minded limb different dance enthusiasts.
Wobble

Get your wobble on with personal trainer Liv. Wobble is a seated exercise class which focuses on exercises that help to improve strength, mobility and confidence to fun and uplifting music.
FRIDAY
Seated Cross training session

Get your heart pumping with Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach Ben Clark in this NEW cross-training session, mixing cardio, strength, and endurance to help you become fitter and stronger!

Yoga and Meditation

Angela Schroeder is a Yoga and Meditation Guru with over 20 years of experience. Join Angela’s weekly adaptive relaxing and enlightening live yoga. Angela has been trained by Marsha Therese Danzig, the author of Yoga for Amputees.
