Kiera Roche is included in the Disability Power 100 list 2018

The Shaw Trust Disability Power 100 List is an annual publication of the 100 most influential disabled people in the UK. More than 700 nominations were received for the 100 places. The Disability Power 100 List is compiled by an independent judging panel, chaired by Kate Nash OBE. Kate is the world's leading authority in 'Networkology' - the science behind the growth of workplace networks and resource groups. In 2007 she was awarded an OBE for services to disabled people. In 2013 she was appointed Ambassador to Disability Rights UK.

Kiera previously worked for the Limbless Association as Acting Chief Executive and Strategic Development Manager and the Douglas Bader Foundation as Projects Director before founding LimbPower in 2009. LimbPower supporting adults and children with amputations and limb impairments to live fulfilled and active lives, harnessing the power of physical activity, sport and art. The charity runs inclusive sports programmes with Sport England and is currently working with NHS England and the Department of Health. LimbPower administer the Children’s Prosthetic Fund to get more disabled children active and taking part in school and community PE Sport and the arts.
