Whether this be because you have recently suffered limb loss and you are unable to perform your previous exercise regime in its entirety, or whether you have mobility issues, we are committed to helping you maintain or improve fitness and conditioning, no matter what your current level of activity or confidence.

Each area has a series of videos showing you the exercises, with a voiceover and on screen graphics to really help you to get the best from the toolkit and build your confidence as well as fitness levels.
