Spring into Action! – LimbPower’s Supercharged Virtual Event

LimbPower is thrilled to announce an exciting new event: Spring into Action! This fun, engaging virtual challenge is open to everyone, and we’re inviting community members, families, and supporters to take part in this one-of-a-kind experience!

Spring into Action! is our replacement for the annual Family Fun Day, typically held at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. This virtual event gives you the chance to compete in a physical challenge of your choice throughout April and May. Whether you choose a daily challenge or one on a single day, the decision is up to you!

How to Get Involved:

• Share the event with your friends, family, and community via email and social media.
• Choose an activity that suits your abilities (and adheres to current government guidelines). It can be as simple or as creative as you like—whether it’s walking every day, completing Couch to 5K, organizing an exercise class with friends, running a 10K, or even walking around your garden.
• Film a short video in portrait format, explaining or demonstrating your challenge, and send it to us at: david@limbpower.com.
• If you're open to doing media interviews about the event, please let us know when you respond to this email.

Each participant will be assigned a Team Captain based on the challenge they choose. Your Captain will provide motivation and support as you take part. You can join simply to have fun or dive into fundraising for LimbPower!

How to Register:

Registration Fees:

• £18 for adults
• £10 for children

All participants will receive a welcome letter from their Team Captain, a medal, and a certificate for taking part.

Fundraising:

If you choose to fundraise, we’ll help you set up a JustGiving page and provide tips to boost your efforts. Plus, you’ll be entered into a prize draw! For more details, email david@limbpower.com.
