Volleyball is one of the most inclusive sports around. It's only hi-energy, zero body contact, mixed team sport you can play indoors and outdoors - whatever your ability.
Sitting volleyball is a fast and exciting sport, played sitting on the floor by men and women of all ages and players with and without a disability.
What are my options to play?
Amputees and individuals with limb impairments can play any form of volleyball however most choose to play sitting volleyball.
What equipment do I need?
Very little equipment is required for sitting volleyball as participants play sitting on the floor without prosthetics.
What will it cost me?
In general the sport is very cheap with most clubs charging less than £5 per session.
