LimbPower is managed by a small but dedicated team of enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking office staff, who are supported by an equally enthusiastic Board of Trustees, and an incredible group of volunteers.

Kiera Roche - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Kiera is the founder and CEO of LimbPower responsible for the strategic vision of the charity, working with the Board of Trustees, strategic partners and the team. Kiera is our visionary, always looking for ways to improve the opportunities and services available to amputees and individuals with limb difference.

LimbPower conduct research and insight which we call 'turning research into action' to ensure that we are in touch with the community and are delivering the advocacy, events, programmes, communications and resources community members want and need (within our charitable objectives).

Kiera manages our partnerships, campaigns, communications and fund-raising programmes. Kiera has 20 years experience as an above the knee amputee and working for amputee charities at management level. Kiera focuses on bridging the gaps in engagement and communication to provide community members with the support they want and need.Kiera also writes and edits many of our resources in conjunction with other team and community members, alongside our advisory panel and healthcare and sports professionals.

Sports/Interests: I exercise, run, swim and cycle when I can. I love walking and trekking, yoga, archery, shooting and table-tennis.

Carly Bauert - Children and Family Officer

Carly is LimbPower’s Children and Family Officer working closely with our LimbPower Juniors and their families. Carly has been with the team since 2016 joining LimbPower to manage the Children’s Prosthetic Fund and the Fundamental Skills Workshops. Carly works tirelessly to create a supportive community bridging the gap between the limb centre, community and school engagement, with the aim of reducing isolation and providing access to information, so that no family feels alone.

As a mother of a prosthetic wearing teenager, Carly can identify with families. She is also qualified in Counselling Skills and is a Clinical Psychotherapist and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.


Carly has been instrumental in develop the children’s programme working with the team to develop the Fundamental Skills Workshops, producing resources including videos, case studies and fun infographics with helpful top tips for children and families living with limb difference and being a key member in managing the LimbPower Junior Games. Her passion has been the development and management of the #ICan Family & Teen Camps, fulfilling Kiera’s desire to offer camps for children and young people.

Carly works closely with the whole LimbPower team, limb centres, other professionals and of course charities that are able to support children with limb difference. She is always happy to support and signpost families in the right direction.

Rebecca Legon - Exercise Development Officer & Community Fundraiser

Rebecca is a fitness enthusiast and part-time model. Rebecca manages reVAMP, LimbPower's 12-week fitness and nutrition programme with PT instructors Jack Eyers and Liv Chapman. Rebecca also manages LimbPower's online programme of live exercise classes, including yoga, tai chi, Paracise and Zumba.

Rebecca loves the outdoors and walks regularly in the Ashdown Forest and will be organising some of LimbPower's charity challenge events after joining LimbPower for the 2019 Kilimanjaro Trek and now has the travel bug.


Diane Lofts

Diane Lofts joined LimbPower in February 2022 as the charities bookkeeper.

She has worked as a PA/administrator for many years and more recently as a bookkeeper in a local charity providing minibus transport. Diane's local knowledge makes her a great addition to the LimbPower team.
